I wrote about plastic bags back in December and when I rode the LA River a couple weeks ago I really was disgusted.
What looked like snow on the branches of the trees and bushes was plastic bags.

Attending meetings at City Hall, the Bicycle Advisory Committee, the Transportation Committee and at the Metro can be quite boring but somehow the cycling community has managed to make these meetings relevant and fun and afterwards they always treat themselves with an adventure.
