On Saturday, July 15th, we are having our BAD 1.1 (Bicycle ADventure) kick-off event, celebrating the 1 Year Anniversary of illuminateLA . We’re celebrating by riding to the Sacred Fools Theatre to see “La Bete.” Sacred Fools is the first theatre that posted public transit links and BikeMetro link to their website! Wohooo! They are the Best, and so is their production “La Bete.”

We get 1/2 price tickets, and the only requirement on your part is to show up with your bike (and of course bring cash for food and your ticket!) Walk your bike, ride it, or bring it in your car, and roll it in front of the Theatre. We don’t care, as long as you show that you have a bicycle! Any bike is welcome, BMX, Fixies, Cruisers, Moutain Bikes, and even Stationary Bikes.

We’re meeting next to the Bicycle Kitchen at Scoops, at 6 pm. We’ll grab some food at the Italian place around the corner and then we go to the Theatre. Let’s celebrate The Sacred Fools support of BikeMetro and bicyclists! Support local Theatre, and support bicycle and transit users!

Go BAD and be BAD with us. Wear something Sacred. Act like a Fool. Just bring your Bike!
