We ride from the Eastside (Santa Monica Blvd/Vermont Red Line Station) to the Westside (Santa Monica Pier) to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Santa Monica Critical Mass followed by the Opening Night Party celebrating the 2nd Annual Bike Winter Los Angeles.
