A big city like Los Angeles offers many opportunities to do good and many opportunities to get involved with local, national as well as international organizations.

One of them is SkyPilot Theatre’s new “Children’s Theatre Outreach” program that has a one of it’s kind program, which offers FREE Theatre to children from shelters. They already teamed up with 4 charities:

• Children’s Bureau of Southern California - a charity dedicated to saving children from impoverished backgrounds who also works with dozens of other existing local charities dedicated to do the same.
• Hope Cottage - a domestic violence shelter of Jewish Family Services, who serves women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
• Bienvenidos Family Shelter - a Latino based family shelter helping and healing families in need.
• Rosemary Children’s Services - one of the oldest West Coast charities that help’s boys and girls of all ages who have suffered abuse, neglect and abandonment.

To make this program possible they need your help though. This coming Sunday, March 9th, they are hosting a Family Bowling Fundraiser event in Burbank at the Pickwick Bowl, 921 Riverside Dr., 91506.

They will have prices, raffles, silent auction and entertainment by Faizon Love.
