Free Theatre for Children from Shelters and Charities

April 23rd, 2008 · No Comments

Peter Cottontail, Jr.PETER COTTONTAIL, JR., adapted by Benton Jennings, is the inaugural production by SkyPilot Theatre Company’s “Children Theatre Outreach.” This new charity-based program provides theatre to children from shelters and other charities free of charge. And with an understanding of the high cost of raising children, they will also be doing performances open to the public at a very affordable cost.

Follow Peter Cottontail, Jr., a mischievous little rabbit who just can’t help getting in trouble. Watch Peter as he saves Mrs. Kovacs’ farm from the bank and her two cheating farmhands, who have their own plans!

The theater is easily accessible via Red Line and Bus and it is also via bike. Support this production and their goal to give free quality theatre to children who could othewise not be exposed to the performing arts. Read about their goal and mission on their myspace page myspace.com/childrenstheatreoutreach.
