International Youth Film Festival

May 10th, 2007 · No Comments

Started in 2005, the EPFC Youth Film Fest is an annual event that presents a diverse and eclectic array of youth-produced documentary, experimental and animated films from around the world.

The film festival seeks to bring together young filmmakers and dedicated youth arts educators to share images, ideas and knowledge and provide a forum for young filmmakers to use the power of cinema in order to tell their stories and change the world.

On Saturday, May 19 they will premiere Edendale Follies, the Spring 2007 EPFC Youth Film Project that celebrates Echo Park’s silent film era. Check the Echo Park Film Center website for films, screenings times and other details.
